As a child, Dr. Beth Nasal was forever bringing home stray animals and doing her best to nurse them back to health. While she wasn’t able to save them all, she gave it everything she had and in the process, ultimately discovered her true passion. This desire to help animals, coupled with a fascination with science, math and medicine, naturally led her to a career in the veterinary field.

Growing up in Lower Michigan, Dr. Nasal always dreamed of becoming a Michigan State Spartan. She practiced for a short time there before moving to a practice in Illinois. After several years at that practice, Dr. Nasal relocated to Green Bay, Wisconsin where she would eventually start her own practice – Happy Tails Veterinary Clinic, which has been going strong for more than 20 years. 

Professionally, Dr. Nasal enjoys educating clients about the various treatments that are available and the reasoning behind her recommendations. She also has a special interest in dentistry because she feels it is the one procedure that can make an enormous impact on a pet’s quality of life.

At home, Dr. Nasal is married to her husband, Kevin. The family is made complete with a female Pit Bull, Jedi – named for their love of Star Wars. Jedi is a total cuddle bug and loves to hang out with ‘Dad.’ She was adopted from the Sheboygan Animal Shelter.

Dr. Nasal’s hobbies include running and biking, both of which she does competitively. In 2008, she completed the Wisconsin Ironman with a smile on her face nearly the entire time.
