Appointment Policy

In order to provide the highest level of veterinary care to all of our “furry family” members, effective immediately, the Careteam at Happy Tails Veterinary Clinic will request a deposit of $30.00 when scheduling an appointment in an ongoing effort to reduce the number of no shows.

Currently our appointments are in high demand and our #1 priority is you and your pet! When appointments are scheduled, we reserve that time for your pet to spend with our dedicated team.

Our goal is to be able to provide care to all, and minimizing no shows will help us offer appointments as they become available to those in need of urgent medical care.

In the event that you need to cancel, we kindly request that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid the $30.00 deposit charge.
