I was born and raised in Green Bay and grew up with many pets. As a child and young adult I spent most of my days at the horse farm riding and competing in horse shows, making it all the way to the Paint Horse World Show in Dallas, Texas. I have shared my love of animals with my two children, especially my daughter. We have an 11 year old spoiled toy poodle named Beans. We have also spent over 6 years fostering and rehabilitating many different animals with our local shelter.
I graduated from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College with a degree in Early Childhood Education. As my two children are getting older, I decided it was time for a change and to do something new. Finding something that I love and am passionate about was an added bonus. I am very thrilled to be a member of the Happy Tails family. I will use this experience to help me grow in knowledge and gain an amazing experience as well.
I plan to attend school on a part time basis to become a veterinary technician. Working at Happy Tails allows me to utilize my skills, gain more experience, share my passion, all while being there to help treat and care for your pets.
My hobbies include being outdoors as much as possible, hiking, swimming, walking, beading, volunteering at the shelters and nursing homes with my kids, and spending quality time with my family and friends.
